Align public health information with online questions
Which questions and concerns need an explanation from the health service? With Coosto you explore online conversations, prepare public information and organise the follow-up of public questions. This connects what you pick up online to what you publish and answer.
These municipal services rely on Coosto

Recognise which health questions lack an explanation
Recurring questions about vaccinations can be a reason to add to your explanation. With Coosto Listen you explore which questions and concerns emerge in online conversations. Alerts point you to changes, after which you review the underlying posts. Compare your findings with your health service's confirmed information. This lets you decide which topics need extra explanation or a review of the content.
Keep your public information up to date and checked
A change in the situation can call for different public information. In Coosto Publish you prepare social media posts about, for example, heat together and have a colleague check the content before publication. The content calendar shows what is planned, so you can adjust the planning. This way you keep control over both the content and the timing of your public information when you need to change or add to posts.

Help further without repeating earlier coordination
Is a colleague taking over a conversation? In Coosto Engage, earlier answers and internal notes are kept together. From the central inbox you assign the question. The handler reads back what has already been discussed and which agreements were made. This lets your colleague pick up the follow-up question without having to ask others again for earlier answers and internal coordination.

Frequently asked questions
Which online sources can our health service follow?
With Coosto Listen you explore posts from social media, online news media, blogs, forums and reviews, among others. Which posts and data are available differs per source. Monitoring does not give access to all online conversations.
Can we explore posts about our own region?
You can include place names and relevant local terms in your search query. This lets you explore posts in which those terms appear. It does not give a complete picture of all conversations or residents in your region.
Are online conversations representative of all residents?
No. An increase in the number of posts does not automatically mean that concerns are growing among all residents. Use the signals you find alongside other information, and look into who is speaking and about what before drawing conclusions.
What should we pay attention to when comparing communication results?
Take differences in topic, measurement period, publication frequency and paid support into account in your comparison. A post with more reach is therefore not automatically a better approach. Use the results to decide which topics, formats or channels deserve further research. The figures alone do not prove behavioural change or health gains.
What about personal health information in questions?
Follow your health service's data policy. Decide in advance which questions you handle through online channels and when you refer people to another contact channel. Have separately assessed whether Coosto's setup and terms fit the data you want to process.
