What will you do?

‍

As Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our Alicante office team and our head office team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You’ll report directly to the Head of Office in the Netherlands.

‍

Your responsibilities will include:

‍

• Being the first point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
• Ensuring the office is tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked:
  
  • Ordering groceries and office supplies.
  • Keeping the office inventory up to date.
• Coordinating security arrangements.
• Organizing and participating in team-building activities.
• Supporting HR and Finance teams in Eindhoven with administrative tasks when needed.
• Taking initiative to lighten the workload of colleagues by solving problems before they arise.

You are proactive, service-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You’re the kind of person who notices the little things that make a big difference.

Furthermore you are:

‍

• Available for 12 hours a week, preferably divided over 2-3 days.
• Service-minded and not afraid to tackle new tasks.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
• Native-level Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
• Independent worker who takes initiative.
• Based in Alicante.
