Customer Succes Manager
What will you do?
You are responsible for the entire customer life cycle: from onboarding, adoption, expansion to extending contracts. Together with your colleague Customer Success Managers you are the point of contact for the customer. You know your customers and their industries through and through and use this knowledge to deploy Coosto as successfully as possible. You give (online) presentations and short training sessions to increase adoption among your customers. You also recognize and create opportunities to expand with customers.
In this position you are in constant contact with others. Like this:
- cooperate with New business sales team for the transfer of new customers;
- you work together with Sales Support on handling contracts;
- you work together with Customer Support for an optimal service experience;
- actively participate in improving processes and procedures.
You will be trained at our cool office next to the central station in Eindhoven and can then partially work from home.
The ideal match
You have a passion for relationship management, with a healthy commercial drive. You are proactive towards customers, come up with creative ideas and you are service oriented. You have an investigative attitude with strong analytical skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious and goal-oriented are qualities that apply to you.
Furthermore:
- You have a completed Bachelors degree with a marketing background;
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Do you have an affinity with Social Media;
- Are you available 40 hours a week (part-time is negotiable);
- Is it an advantage if you have a number of years of work experience in marketing and / or communication;
- Is it an advantage if you have a good command of the Spanish language in writing and orally;
- Is it an advantage if you have experience within a SaaS organization as a Customer Success Manager.
